Return
If you wish to return a product purchased through the Website, you must notify us in writing by E-mail at: info@suzaccessories.com. We will then arrange for the product to be returned to us free of charge, provided it remains in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. To receive a free return, you are obligated to take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to meet this obligation, we may refuse to return the product free of charge and charge you for the product.
In rare cases, product specifications may change. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with an alternative product similar to the one you ordered. If you are not satisfied or satisfied with an alternative product, please contact our customer service at: info@suzaccessories.com. We will arrange a free return and refund your payment according to the Refund policy in the Refund section below.
If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us in writing within a reasonable time by E-mail at: info@suzaccessories.com. Please do not return the product to us without contacting us and requesting a return. We will respond and contact you to discuss appropriate remedies and may provide you with (but not limited to) a repair or replacement part, a replacement product or a full refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund the full price of the defective, damaged or incorrect product, any applicable shipping charges, and will arrange for the product to be returned to us free of charge.
We are committed to improving customer satisfaction. We want to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience and offer products that meet or exceed your expectations. We only sell brand new items, which are shipped in good condition. If anything goes wrong during shipping or if the product is not to your liking for any reason, you may return the product to us free of charge at any time, provided that you follow the instructions set out in these Terms.
We offer a 30-day cooling-off period starting from the date the product is delivered to you or the date of the first delivery attempt, whichever is earlier. During this time, you can unpack and assemble the item to see if it is to your liking. You can also try it out just like in a physical store, as long as you don't actually use it. Once you start using the product, the cooling-off period is over.
We strongly recommend that you check the contents of your package as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer Service team at info@suzaccessories.com to let us know.
If there is no quality problem with the item, but you are not satisfied with it for any reason, then you can also return it during this 30-day cooling-off period. This also applies to clearance and promotional items.
We have the following requirements for returns:
1. Complete items;
2. The goods are in their original packaging; and
3. The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at info@suzaccessories.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with a return procedure. Please do not send any items back to us on your own, as our return procedure is free and allows us to track shipments through the Courier system.
Refund
If you cancel your order in accordance with these Terms, we will refund all monies paid by you after you return the ordered product to us in its original packaging and the condition in which you received it. To receive a refund, you are obligated to take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to meet this obligation, we may refuse to refund you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the product.
Limited warranty
We assure you that any product purchased from us through this website meets the specifications set out in the contract in all material respects within 14 days from the date of your receipt.
This limited warranty covers damage that may occur during shipping, as well as damage caused by normal use of the Product during the limited warranty period, but expressly does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product or damage not directly shipped to you by us. Under this limited warranty, we will repair the product or provide you with a replacement part, a new product or a refund at our sole discretion, depending on the extent of the damage. If your purchased product is damaged, please feel free to contact our customer service via email: info@suzaccessories.com.
This limited warranty is in addition to laws and regulations that may apply to you as a customer. If the manufacturer or any party other than the Manufacturer's authorized repair service repairs or otherwise modifies the Product, your rights under this limited warranty will automatically and immediately lapse.
